Our values are implicit in everything we do. They are addressed directly through activities, such as assemblies, and are embedded within the whole curriculum. Adults model the core values and empower individuals to be effective learners and good citizens. Our values are the basis for the spiritual, moral, social and cultural (SMSC) development of the whole child. Pupils are encouraged to be independent learners and are inspired to achieve and excel.
We are committed to providing teaching and learning experiences that are enjoyable, challenging and relevant to the needs of each individual.
We believe in celebrating success in all areas of the lives of our children. We do this as a whole school, through such things as promoting good attendance in out termly assemblies and Outstanding Learners in our weekly assemblies. Each class also celebrates successes daily through the use of stickers, OSPA pennies and pounds, phone calls, photographs and in many other ways.
