Raising aspirations

Engineer and consultant Peter Whiting came to kick start our first ‘Raising Aspirations’ assembly. Pupils were fascinated to hear all about his time travelling the world with his work and were very impressed to learn that he once met the Queen for his invention of a tile making machine. The children were truly inspired!

Toilet Twinning Day

We are raising funds to help build toilets in the poorest communities of the world. On Friday 25th September, pupils can wear something blue to school and donate £1. We are aiming to twin with a school block which costs £240. More information can be found at www.toilettwinning.org.
