Funding allocations for 2016 – 2017

Eligible schools

Schools receive PE and sport premium funding based on the number of pupils aged 5-11. In most cases, the number of pupils who attract the funding is determined using the data from the January census. Schools with 16 or fewer eligible pupils receive £500 per pupil. Schools with 17 or more eligible pupils receive £8000 and an additional payment of £5 per pupil.
